Returning...

It's always interesting returning to school after a break. Hard to get back in the swing of things, but exciting to see our students and have them back on campus.

This week is exam week. The students in my youth ministries class don't have an exam - only an essay, but it will be a quiet week. I'll complete my teaching duties for the year on Tuesday and won't be in the classroom again until the fall semester when I will teach Youth Ministry once again, as well as an intensive course.

From now on I will focus on the Student Ministry program. Student Ministry Week is coming up before Easter and there is lot of preparation to help the teams come together. Thanks for praying for our students as they put their classroom preparation to practical application. Pray for wisdom for the Student Ministry Committee that I work with - that we will guide & direct our students the best we can toward ministry.

We also have another tutor group this week, and I'm looking forward to that. It has been interesting to watch this tutor/mentoring program work, and I've enjoyed getting to know the students in my group. Hopefully later this week I'll have a photo of them so you can get to know these wonderful ladies.

And an update on the Johnsen boys...they are doing great. Went and saw them this afternoon and they have grown, are getting more fat on them, and look wonderful! Thanks for keeping them and their parents in your prayers!

Until the next post...God bless you!
