A Time to Pray...

Sometimes a lot can happen in a week, and we just need to pray for one another. Matthew 18:18-20 tells us to agree together in prayer - "I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

Here are a few items that you can pray for:
  • One of our students suddenly lost her father today. We don't know the details, but we know she is devastated. We saw her father every Friday as they picked her up to go home for the weekend. Will you please pray for Laura and her family?
  • My brother & sister-in-law are ministering to a woman who is pregant with triplets and has many, many issues that affect her life, health and the health of the babies. They will actually adopt these children when they are born, but the main concern at the moment is that the birth mom and babies remain healthy. Will you please pray for her and that God would have His way in this woman's life and keep the babies in His care?
  • My CTS colleagues, Ken & Peggy, have a 13 year-old granddaughter that has lung cancer. Will you pray for this girl and her parents as they seek wisdom from the Lord and from the doctors.
  • Another friend is going through a very serious family struggle. Will you pray that God would have his way in their situation.
Thanks for praying. I'll keep you updated on how God works in each of these situations!
