Whew...we made it!

My last post was written a week before graduation because of the many, many, many activities that went on last week. But I thought I would take a few moments to update you on the details.

In addition to students taking exams and professors grading dissertations, we also had a wonderful few days of graduation events. On Thursday we held Baccalaureate service and honored both graduates and the many students that excelled during the year as student leaders or in academic arenas. We also enjoyed a beautiful graduation banquet, honoring the wonderful students that are leaving us this year. On Friday I was involved in our bi-annual Board of Trustees meeting, and then Saturday was the big day! It was a beautiful day, and gave full honor to God and to our students for their accomplishments and callings. The day revealed once again that God has placed CTS in Europe to do as our motto proclaims: "Changing Lives...to Change the World!"

Thank you for your support of me and Continental Theological Seminary. These students are the reason that I and my colleagues are here - to teach and train and send them forth into full-time ministry. Of the class of 2007, all are entering into ministry - either traditional as pastors, teachers, & missionaries - or non-traditional while entering the workforce and involving themselves in the local church.

Thanks for your prayers!
....and now....on to a summer full of activities - more details to come!
