The Razorbacks are Coming!

I'm excited! A ministry/work team from the wonderful state of ARKANSAS (the picture is of a razorback - a very important icon for our state!) is coming to Belgium on Saturday! This group, organized by the A/G Women's Ministries, will help us with many practical work areas on the campus of Continental Theological Seminary. Not only will they tackle finishing touches to our girl's dormitory bathrooms, but also in getting the entire campus ready for students to arrive on September 20th and classes to start on the 27th. Thanks for coming, and thanks to the churches that are sending this team to help us.

I can't believe that the summer is gone and school is back in session so soon. However, I am thrilled that God is bringing many new students to study for ministry at CTS. Currently enrollment looks VERY good, with more than 40 new students signed up to begin studying with us. That's 40 more people who have heard God's call to ministry and want to prepare themselves by studying the Bible and how to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Please pray with us that God will place an annointing upon everything that we do at CTS...in the classrooms, during chapel services, in the dorms, as students minister in local churches, etc. Pray for our faculty as they prepare their courses, for staff making final preparations for the start of school, for administration as they make key decisions about the role that CTS plays in Europe and the world. Thanks for being a strategic part of this ministry! God bless you!

And for those of you wondering what my apartment looks like...here's a preview. You have to visit to see the whole thing. And hopefully you aren't allergic to cats.
